There are a number of ways to find massage services that are a good fit for you!
Both of the major professional organizations for massage therapy offer tools to find practitioners that serve our area. Listings generally include the type of work the therapists offer, as well as contact information. Many have links to websites with details on services and fees. All therapists should be happy to discuss your needs and goals with you before you decide to make an appointment.
Here are links to the professional organization pages where you can look for local therapists. (All therapists on these pages are covered by professional liability insurance.)

If you're still uncertain where to start, I've provided information below on therapists I have seen and appreciated since moving to Lexington. I have found them all to be good listeners and able to tailor sessions to my specific needs. Please note, all providers listed have had different schedules in response to the pandemic. Ability to take on new clients and safety protocols required during service may vary. Please carefully read (or inquire about) information provided by each massage therapist about their own practices.
